SuperZip Labs privacy

Effective 30 October 2026. This page covers this website and gives one overview of every SuperZip Labs app. The full legal policy for each app is kept on its own page at privacy.superzip.in, and that page is the one linked from Google Play.

This website

labs.superzip.in is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.

What every app has in common

• No account of ours. The apps ask for no name, email or phone number, except UNITE, which asks for your name and age (18 and over).
• Your content stays on your phone and we do not sell it. Some features send data beyond the phone when you choose them: the UNITE Advisor, which sends your messages and the information needed to answer to an AI service (Claude, from Anthropic), Gmail cleaning in Hochak Phone & Email Cleaner, which works with your Google account only after you sign in and allow it, and Google Drive and FTP browsing in Hochak File Manager & Zip and Hochak Phone & Email Cleaner, which connect directly from your phone to the Drive account or server you add.
• Free apps show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID, approximate location from your IP address and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. Where required, the app first shows Google's consent form so you can choose, and you can reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
• Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch one.
• Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock what you bought.
• The internet permission is used for ads and Google Play. SuperZip also uses it for a time check on timed packages, described below.
• UNITE shows no ads.
• Hochak AI Checker & Humanizer has paid plans and uses no AI service.

SuperZip: Passwords+Timed ZIP

SuperZip files are read, encrypted and opened on your device and are never uploaded. When you open a package with an opening window, the app reads the current time from the drand public time network. That request reveals your IP address and the fact that a time was asked for, and carries no files, passwords or package details. If drand ever stops permanently, a SuperZip time service takes over for packages created after that point; it handles time values only. The free version shows one banner ad from Google AdMob.
