Email support@superzip.in and name the app. A reply usually comes within two working days.
Include these details
- The app name and what you were doing
- Your phone model and Android version
- A screenshot, if it helps (leave out private information)
Common questions
How do I remove ads?
Open the menu in the app and choose Remove ads. The purchase is billed by Google Play in your own currency.
I paid to remove ads but they are still showing.
Check you are signed in to the same Google account, then reopen the app. If it persists, email us with the order number from Google Play.
Where is my data?
On your phone. We have no accounts and no server that holds your content. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes it, so export a backup first where the app offers one.
How do I send feedback?
Menu, then Send feedback. It opens your email app. Anyone can send feedback.
How do I rate the app?
Menu, then Rate on Google Play. It opens the listing directly.
