Hochak Phone & Email Cleaner
Effective 30 October 2026. These terms apply to the Hochak Phone & Email Cleaner app for Android (in.superzip.hochak.phonecleaner) from SuperZip Labs, Gurugram, India. They work together with the common terms for all SuperZip Labs apps and the app's privacy policy. If this page and the common terms differ for this app, this page applies.
What the app does
Phone & Email Cleaner manages the files on your phone. If you choose, it also lets you browse and manage files in your Google Drive and on FTP servers that you add.
Your accounts and servers
You connect your own Google account or your own servers. Use only accounts and servers you are allowed to access. You are responsible for the files you open, change, upload, download and delete with the app, and for the legality of that content. The app never shows your content to us or to anyone else.
Google Drive
Signing in with Google is optional. When you allow access, the app works with the files and folders in your Drive to carry out the actions you ask for. You can remove the app's access at any time in your Google account settings under security. Google Drive is a Google service, and your use of it remains under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Phone & Email Cleaner is an independent app and is not provided or endorsed by Google.
FTP and other servers
Adding a server is optional. You enter the address and sign-in details, and the app connects directly from your phone. Plain FTP does not encrypt what it sends, so use a secure connection whenever your server offers one. We do not operate, host or see your servers, and we are not responsible for their availability, security or content.
Gmail cleaning
Gmail cleaning is optional and works only after you sign in to your Google account and allow access. The app deletes spam and unsubscribes you from promotional mail only for the messages and senders you choose. These actions change your real mailbox, so check your selection before you confirm each one. Your use of Gmail stays under Google's terms.
Deleting, overwriting and backups
Deleting, moving and overwriting files can be permanent. Keep a backup of anything you care about, and check your selection before you confirm an action. A file that is deleted on a server or in a cloud account may not be recoverable.
Ads and purchases
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Ad removal and any other purchase are billed by Google Play under Google's terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
No warranty and limit of liability
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and safe, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that every server or account type will work, or that it is fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, SuperZip Labs is not liable for lost data, deleted files, unavailable servers or accounts, or indirect losses from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
